Video Call

This is our first step to see if we want to work together.

Spend some time chatting to one of our coaching staff. Ask questions, find out what we do and see if we are a good fit.

It is a simple process. We find out if you would benefit from what we offer. If we don’t think you will, easy day. If we do, we recommend moving onto the intake process!

Intake Process

We then start the intake process. We need to spend around an hour with you. During this time we:

  • Find out about what you have done in the past
  • What has or hasn’t worked for you
  • Do a full body movement screen
  • Let you experience our coaching style

After, we will make a recommendation on if we think we should work together. If you agree then we get a plan of personal coaching sessions in place. The number of these is based on your needs. The average is between 6 and 10 30 minute sessions.

Blended Membership

Now you are ready to succeed we are not going to abandon you. Each member has a coach for life!

We find the right option for you between:

  • At home on demand sessions
  • Live online coached classes
  • Personal coaching sessions between every week and 8 weeks
  • Personal accountability coaching calls every 1 to 4 weeks

Personal Coaching

30 min sessions with your coach. We cover what you need!

If you need help with:

  • Movement
  • Time management
  • Stress
  • Sleep
  • A coached workout session
  • Or anything else

Sessions are fully based on you and your goals.

Personal Accountability Calls

Some times you just need someone to keep you going. Our coaching calls do that. Your coach will help you plan your week. Set you goals. Check in to see how you are doing.

Sessions

We have a fully on demand online studio. Think Netflix of health!

You can hit a warm up, main programme and cool down in 30 mins. Got more time? We have lots of extra work designed to go with our programme.

If you feel you still want a live person, we got you covered too. Live coached classes every week day. Only the coach can see you and you can see them!
